As an official sponsor of the Korea Football Association
(KFA), LG Electronics holds the rights to use the
emblem, character, etc. of the KFA. Furthermore,
it is entitled to use the LG logo in all events
organized by the KFA. |

has been engaged in a wide range of sports marketing with
successful results. The sports marketing in the countries,
listed as the strategic regions of LG ELECTRONICS, involves
sponsoring the 1998 World Cup (France), the 1999 Cricket
World Cup, the International Hockey Games (Pakistan),
the King’s Cup (Thailand) and the Marathon.
